Literacy
The College has developed a literacy plan and uses the Accelerated Literacy program across all campuses. The teachers are able to modify teaching to suit their communities or contexts. This approach allows students to move across the campuses and be familiar with what is being taught.
As the students speak Pitjantjatjara as their first language and predominantly in their homes and communities, the literacy plan at the college treats the learning of English as an EFL experience.
